Growing up in an Indian Army environment, I witnessed men and women leading side by side, grounded in discipline, respect, and purpose. These early experiences shaped my belief in inclusive, values-driven leadership.

As I entered the corporate world, I observed a recurring gap — many capable professionals, especially women, had the talent but lacked the confidence and support to step into leadership roles. This insight sparked my journey into Learning & Development, with a strong focus on empowering individuals to lead with clarity and conviction.

With 15+ years of experience, I have facilitated learning for 60,000+ participants across corporates and institutions. Through JS Consulting, I design practical, engaging, and human-centric programs in leadership development, behavioural skills, communication, POSH awareness, sales effectiveness, and women empowerment.

My facilitation style is empathetic, interactive, and rooted in real-world business challenges. I believe that when people feel confident, included, and capable, performance follows naturally.
